Come and join my herd every Sunday for an intimate tour around my farm, where I will personally welcome you for a unique experience to see my working farm, meet our iconic Highland Cattle in the heart of the Scottish Countryside, meet them up close and photograph them followed by refreshments and the chance to taste some of our delicious beef.

Deeside Activity Park
Based on Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire, we offer a wide and extensive range of exciting outdoor activities. Only 45 minutes from the centre of Aberdeen, we offer activities ranging from quad bike trekking around our mud-splattered course, to go-karting on our asphalt racing circuit. Or how about hitting the bulls-eye on our fully automatic archery range and breaking clays at our clay shooting facility.
In addition, we also offer 4x4 off-road driving, Clay Shooting and rifle target shooting amongst others. We are also very proud to offer a Tutored Whisky Tasting Class, why not indulge yourself and learn about the real Scottish Dram.

Loch Muick walks
Loch Muick is a beautiful freshwater loch on the Balmoral Estate roughly 8km south of Braemar. The loch is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike due to its picturesque location and pleasant terrain.
On the western side of the loch you will find Glas-allt Shield - a hunting lodge built for Queen Victoria in 1868. This lodge became her retreat after the death of Prince Albert. It is also known as Widow's House.
Keep your eyes peeled as you will frequently spot red deer and other wildlife roaming across the hills.
There is a visitors centre en-route from the carpark to the loch.

The Deeside Way
The Deeside Way is a 41 mile path running from Aberdeen to Ballater. The route follows the line of the Old Royal Deeside Railway.
The path is suitable for walkers and cyclists throughout the duration of the route. Many sections of the route are also suitable for horses.
The rewarding journey is frequently broken down into 4 sections Aberdeen to Drumoak, Drumoak to Banchory, Banchory to Aboyne and Aboyne to Ballater.
