Stonehaven town centre

Beautiful – breathtaking – unforgettable. A visitor attraction in its own right, Stonehaven is located South of the city along the Aberdeenshire Coast.
An ideal spot for families, couples or friends the town has one of the region’s most notable visitor attractions, Dunnottar Castle. On the top of a craggy cliff-edge, the ruin is a firm Scottish landmark thanks to its dramatic setting.

Ballater village – Royal Warrants

A name synonymous with the majesty of Royal Deeside, Ballater is also located in the Cairngorms National Park, making it one of the region’s top visitor spots.
Arguably one of Scotland’s most famous castles is found nearby. Balmoral Castle, the summer residence of the Royal Family, was described by Queen Victoria as “my dear paradise in the Highlands”.
